At Jewelry Your Style we are committed to delivering your jewelry safely and on time. This policy details our shipping methods, delivery times and costs.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
Order Processing:
- 1-2 business days to process and prepare your order
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (business days)
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day
Delivery Time:
- 3-7 business days after processing
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays
- Delivery time may vary depending on your geographic location
Total Time (Processing + Shipping):
- 4-9 business days from order confirmation to delivery

Standard Shipping:
- Time: 3-7 business days
- Cost: $11.99 (orders under $200)
- FREE SHIPPING on orders of $200 or more
Priority Shipping:
- Time: 2-3 business days
- Cost: $24.99
- Available for urgent orders
Next Day Shipping:
- Time: 1-2 business days
- Cost: $53.99
- Ideal for last-minute gifts

IMPORTANT: We only ship within the United States and Puerto Rico
Continental United States:
- We cover all 48 continental states
- Alaska and Hawaii: additional 1-2 business days
- P.O. Boxes: standard shipping only available
Puerto Rico:
- Delivery time: 5-9 business days
- Same shipping costs as continental United States
- All shipping methods available
U.S. Territories:
- U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa: Not currently available
International Shipping:
- We do NOT ship internationally at this time
- We only accept delivery addresses in the United States and Puerto Rico
PACKAGING AND SECURITY
- Secure packaging with protective materials
- Orders will only be shipped insured when requested by the customer

- Tracking number sent by email once shipped
- Track your order in real time

DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Address Requirements:
- Complete and correct address within the U.S. or Puerto Rico
- Recipient name must match identification
- Apartments/suites must specify number
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses
- International forwarding addresses not accepted
Delivery:
- All packages are shipped with signature required, unless customer requests delivery without signature
- Orders over $500 will be shipped with mandatory signature
- If no one is available, notice is left to pick up at post office
- Delivery retry available
SPECIAL ORDERS
Personalized Jewelry:
- Additional time: 1-3 business weeks for personalization
- Not eligible for express or priority shipping
- Total time: 2-4 business weeks
High Value Orders (>$500):
- Insured shipping mandatory
- Adult signature required
- Shipping only to verified billing address
HOLIDAYS AND DELAYS
- No processing during U.S. national holidays
- Possible delays during peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day)
- Extreme weather conditions may affect delivery times
- We will notify you of any significant delays
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
Lost Packages:
- We are not responsible for packages shipped without signature
Damaged Packages:
- Inspect your order immediately upon receipt
- Report damage within 24 hours
- Photographs of damage required for processing
