RETURN POLICY

IMPORTANT: We only accept returns for manufacturing defects. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preferences.

COVERED MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

We accept returns only for the following manufacturing defects:

  • Defective or broken soldering at time of delivery
  • Loose settings or stones that detach due to manufacturing defect
  • Plating or finishes that peel off immediately after delivery
  • Clasps or mechanisms that don't work properly due to factory defect
  • Significant differences between received product and published technical specifications

PERIOD TO REPORT DEFECTS

  • 30 days from delivery date to report manufacturing defects

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Personalized or engraved jewelry
  • Products damaged by improper use or accidents
  • Normal wear from use
